Advertising Artwork

All customer advertising artwork must strictly adhere to the following:

  • Artwork. Customer is responsible for providing press-ready artwork for Customer Advertisements (a) in at least one of the Accepted File Formats, (b) for at least one of the Accepted Ad Dimensions, and (c) with accordance to the Accepted File Sizes. Generic, inapplicable, unbranded, and/or random artwork may be displayed, and linked to the Customer’s url,  in lieu of Customer supplied artwork for Customer Advertisement(s) in the event that acceptable Customer supplied artwork has not been made available by Customer to Collin Media.
  • Accepted File Formats. Collin Media accepts Advertisements in the following file formats: image/jpeg (.jpg or .jpeg), image/png (.png), image/gif (.gif), application/x-shockwave-flash (.swf), video/x-flv (.flv). Advertisements containing audio that automatically plays will be rejected.
  • Accepted Ad Dimensions. Collin Media accepts Advertisements in the following dimensions (units are in pixels): Medium Rectangle (300×250), Rectangle (180×150), Wide Skyscraper (120×250), Leaderboard (728×90),  Billboard (970×250), Super Leaderboard (970×90), Half Page (300×600), Button (120×60), and Pop-Up Large (550×480), Full Banner (468×60).
  • Accepted File Sizes. Collin Media accepts Advertisements that are smaller than (a) one hundred fifty kilobytes (150 KB) for video formats, (b) sixty kilobytes (60 KB) for static image formats, and (c) one hundred kilobytes (100 KB) for animated gifs.
